These terms describe how Little Legend works as a service. We've tried to write them the way we'd write a letter — clear, brief, and without legal theatre.
What you keep
The storybook you create from your family's memory is yours. You can read it, reprint it, gift it, and pass it down. We never claim ownership of the story your family inspires.
What we ask of you
- Only upload photos and details of people who've consented to appearing in the storybook.
- Don't use the service to create content that is harmful, hateful, or illegal — we will refuse to produce it.
- Treat the service like a small studio — it's not a public publishing platform.
Refunds & reprints
For digital storybooks, refunds are available within 7 days of delivery if the story doesn't feel right. For printed storybooks, if your book arrives damaged or printed incorrectly, we'll reprint it at no cost. Email hello@littlelegend.ai with your order details and photos of the issue.
Limits we have to mention
Little Legend is offered as-is, with the warmth and care we can muster. We can't guarantee specific outcomes (every story is shaped from what you share), and we can't be liable beyond the price you paid for the keepsake.
